Terms of Sale

All items are subject to prior sale; prices are subject to change. Before placing an order, we encourage you to call us if you have any specific questions or need more detailed information about an item. 

Returns

All items are guaranteed as described but may be returned for any reason for a full refund within 10 days of receipt (as determined by delivery confirmation) if packed, shipped, and insured as received. Please call in advance of a return. Refunds are limited to the original purchase price, including initial delivery costs. 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, checks (drawn from a United States bank and in US dollars), and PayPal. We also accept wire transfers for larger purchases. References or advance payment may be requested of anyone ordering for the first time. Sales within New York State are subject to state and local sales tax. Please also note that under standard terms of business, title does not pass to the purchaser until the purchase price has been paid in full. 

Shipping

We ship via UPS unless you request another carrier. All items are carefully packed, fully insured, and ship with signature required to make sure that your parcel is received safely. Tracking is available on all shipments. Shipping charges are additional and are calculated individually based upon the size, weight, value, and destination of the order. US Customs requires full value and content be listed on customs forms. Please do not ask us to reduce value or mark as "Gift." Customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please let us know if the item is a gift. We are happy to provide complimentary gift wrapping and include a presentation card with your package.

Courier delivery is available in Manhattan.
